Golf and Giving

The Gary Player Invitational is the world’s leading charity golf series, which currently stages six annual events in the UAE, USA, China, Japan, UK and South Africa. The series has helped The Player Foundation raise more than $62 million for impoverished children around the world. Gary Player has always felt very strongly that we must look after our youth in order to ensure a positive future. The events bring businessmen, celebrities and professional golfers together to celebrate the Union of Golf and Giving.

At the heart of each Gary Player Invitational is the act of giving back to those less fortunate and to raise funds in order to bring hope, help and healing to underprivileged children and communities worldwide. Running for 30 years, the GPI has made a huge difference to the lives of those less fortunate.
